Your Spinit account lives at the operator's own site, and only the operator can restore, verify or unblock it. This page explains how to reach your account from desktop and mobile, what to do when sign-in fails, and where to get help when you need it.
The route to your account
- Open spinit.com in your browser.
- Look for the sign-in button and select it.
- Enter the email address you gave when you registered.
- Enter the password you chose at registration.
- Confirm, and you're in.
Don't have an account yet? Registration happens at the operator too – start there.
Getting in from a phone
The account works the same way in a mobile browser. Open spinit.com, tap the sign-in control, and use the same email and password you use on desktop. The session stays open while you're active; sign out when you're done if you're on a shared device.
The handful of things that go wrong
When sign-in is refused, the cause is usually one of these:
- Wrong email or password. Check for typos, and watch for caps lock – passwords are case-sensitive.
- Unverified account. The operator may ask you to confirm your email or upload ID before you can sign in. Check your inbox for a verification message, and contact support if you didn't receive one.
- Account under review. Verification checks can temporarily block access. The operator will tell you what's needed – usually proof of identity or address.
- Self-exclusion in force. If you've closed your account under responsible gambling controls, it stays closed for the period you chose. That block is deliberate, and there's no workaround – if you need support, contact GamCare or BeGambleAware.
- Browser session issue. Clear your cookies, try a different browser, or restart your device.
Getting back in
Forgotten your password? Use the operator's reset link – usually labelled "Forgot password" near the sign-in box. You'll receive an email at the address you registered with. Follow the link in that message, set a new password, and you're done.
If the email address you used at registration is no longer reachable, you'll need to contact support with proof of identity. The operator can update your contact details once they've verified who you are.
When the block is deliberate
Accounts can be restricted for several reasons. The table below shows the common ones and what happens in each case.
| Cause | What happens |
|---|---|
| Verification requested | Access is paused until you upload the documents the operator asked for. Check your email for instructions. |
| Inactivity | After 180 days without a login or a bet, the account is treated as dormant and a €5 monthly fee applies. Sign in to reactivate it. |
| Self-exclusion | The account is closed for the period you chose – 6 months, 1 year, or longer. It cannot be reopened early. |
| Failed verification | If the documents you provided don't match the account details, the operator may close the account. Contact support to resolve it. |
The right door for help
Account problems go to the operator's support team. You can reach them by email at [email protected] or through live chat, available around the clock. Before you write, have these details ready: the email address on your account, when the problem started, and the exact message you saw on screen. That way the first reply can be useful.
Response times aren't published, but live chat is the fastest route for urgent issues. For verification holds or account reviews, email works just as well – expect a reply within a day or two.
Keeping access safe
Sign in only at spinit.com – typed into the address bar or from a bookmark you saved yourself. Never follow a link in an email or a message, even if it looks legitimate. Phishing sites copy the real layout to steal credentials.
Use a password you don't use anywhere else, and change it if you think it's been compromised. Sign out when you're done if you're on a shared device or a public network. Two-factor sign-in isn't mentioned in the operator's published terms, but if it's offered in your account settings, turn it on – it's the strongest protection available.
Gambling should be entertainment, not a chore. If it ever stops feeling that way, free and confidential help is available at BeGambleAware.org or by calling the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. Access to this site is restricted to persons aged 18 and over (18+).
